Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to promotional competitions offered by TomTom International B.V., Rembrandtplein 35 (1017 CT), Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
- This competition runs from February 26nd till March 14th 2009;
- Only one entry is allowed per email address;
- When the competition ends, the winner will be selected impartially from the correct entries; the winner(s) will then be notified by email by TomTom;
- In the event of participation in the competition by persons under 16 years of age, it is assumed that a parent of the minor has given permission for participation in the competition;
- No correspondence is possible regarding the result of the competition;
- If you would like more information about the competition, about TomTom products or services, or if you have any complaints about the competition, please contact www.tomtom.com/support. TomTom will address your questions carefully;
- TomTom is entitled to end or change the competition and/or these terms and conditions without notice;
- TomTom makes every effort to realise its promotional competitions in accordance with the Dutch Promotional Competitions Code of Conduct (Nederlandse Gedragscode Promotionele Kansspelen);
- These terms and conditions shall be subject to the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will, in the first instance, be put exclusively before the competent court in Amsterdam;
- Residents of the United States and Canada are not eligible for participation.
